And I have been on some serious  painkillers and antidepressants recently!.’  Gerard lost a stone in weight and reduced  his body fat percentage by half.  Of his challenge, Gerard says   ‘I didn’t want to go back to the way I lived.  I wanted to change  myself and it was feeling so good – nothing can stop me now.  I’m  feeling good – no  tremendous.’
