Seeing how her body was becoming leaner and more toned and how her fitness levels were improving is what Sonia says kept her on track. Sonia lost over a stone in weight during her Challenge. ‘I have never been as toned in my life’ says Sonia, ‘I don’t want to revert to how I used to live – no exercise and bad diet, hating the way I looked’. Sonia’s body fat percentage is now down to 23.4% and she feels fitter and stronger than she has for a long time.
