What were your reasons for deciding to accept the Body-for-LIFE Challenge?
I was quickly approaching my 40th birthday and I was FAT and unhappy. The Body-for-LIFE Challenge was simply the best incentive to turn my life around and have a chance to win cash and prizes.

What inspired you to stay on course throughout the 12-week Challenge?
I felt great and noticed the inches coming off almost immediately. It wasn't torture eating 6 times a day and having more energy than I can remember in years!

What obstacles did you have to overcome – what adversity did you transform into positive energy – in order to complete the 12-week Challenge?
My weight had not been a priority since the birth of my third child. I had to put blinders on and make myself and my weight loss a #1 priority. I had to tell everyone that this summer was mine to get healthy, strong, and much support was given.

Please describe your physical improvements in terms of how you measured them.
My clothing size went from 18 down to size 10. I couldn't believe how many inches I lost! I lost over 7 inches from my waist, 5 inches from my hips, and 3 1/2 inches off of each thigh. Amazing!!

Which EAS supplements did you use, and how much did they help you? Would you recommend those supplements to others to help them achieve the results you have?
My primary goal was fat loss and without a doubt. EAS products helped me achieve substantial inch losses in my most heavy areas. I would recommend EAS supplements because I had so much energy and absolutely no hunger.

How was your life transformed by improving your physical condition – by deciding to accept the Challenge and sticking with it from start to finish?
I know the pictures don't show a "skinny" after, but I now feel that at a "size 10", I am no longer fat. I am not embarrassed to wear shorts, and I simply feel that my life is improved beyond my dreams. I have the stamina to play with my kids. I went to a theme park and rode roller coasters - I could fit into the seats for the first time in years!!
